Select dough cycle, and start.<\/p>\n<p>After the first rise, remove dough from the machine. Shape, and place into a lightly oiled bowl. Cover, and let rise for 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p>Bake at 350\u00b0F (175\u00b0C) for 45-50 minutes on preheated pizza stone. Spritz inside of oven and bread every 10 minutes with water.
